By using HandyFile you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
HandyFile provides browser-based file and text utilities, currently free of charge. Tools run on your own device. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
Your responsibility
You agree not to use HandyFile to:
- process material you have no legal right to process;
- circumvent technical protection measures or licensing restrictions;
- attempt to disrupt the service or the experience of other users;
- break any law applicable to you.
Because processing happens on your device, you retain full responsibility for the files you handle and for the results you produce.
No warranty
HandyFile is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any tool will produce a correct or complete result, or that the service will be available or error-free.
Keep a copy of anything important. These tools transform data, and any transformation can go wrong. Never use HandyFile on your only copy of a file.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of HandyFile, including lost data, lost profits or business interruption.
Your content
We claim no rights over anything you process. We never receive it, so there is nothing for us to claim rights over.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
